Elsmore Homes Ltd is a second-generation family-run housebuilder and property developer, led by Thomas Elsmore, building a small number of carefully considered homes each year in Surrey and Hampshire.
Our Story
Founded by Richard Elsmore in 1987, who built over 450 homes during his career, earning a reputation for quality construction and thoughtful residential design. Following Richard’s retirement, Thomas continues the family business today with the same principles, leveraging his design and sustainability expertise to build meticulously planned homes.
Because our name is on every home we build, we take a personal approach to design, construction, and long-term quality. We don’t build at volume and we don’t repeat house types, ensuring each home gets the attention required.
Every Elsmore home is individually designed, carefully constructed, and built to standards we would expect for our own family.
