Director
Thomas’ passion for sustainability is evident in every project he undertakes. A firm believer in the importance of reducing our carbon footprint, he completed his Masters in Housing and City Planning, focusing on the barriers to Zero Carbon Homes. This knowledge allows him to lead the way in creating eco-friendly living spaces that benefit both the inhabitants and the planet. With a design-led process, Thomas utilizes his expertise in 3D modelling to craft meticulously planned homes. Beyond his dedication to the world of architecture, Thomas is an avid Paraglider. When he’s not busy crafting sustainable homes, you can find him soaring above the breath-taking South Downs.
Richard Elsmore
Director
Richard is a seasoned home builder with over 35 years of experience under the Elsmore brand. With an unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Richard has instilled the ethos of building homes that he is genuinely proud to have bear the Elsmore name. Richard has successfully constructed over 450 homes, earning him a reputation as an expert in the art of building and designing family homes. He has keen eye for detail, innovative approach, and dedication to customer satisfaction. When Richard isn’t on the building site, he’s busy exploring the great outdoors on his bicycle. An avid adventurer, you name a place, and chances are Richard has cycled there.
